Fleas, ticks and mites are a nightmare for dog owners. Billy No Mates! is a totally safe and natural ‘easy-to-use’ herb mix in tincture form with no nasty chemicals. Just blend the aromatic combination of mint, seaweed, fenugreek, neem leaves and lemon balm into your dog or cat’s food. Or add to your pet’s food or treat. Billy No Mates! is also great for skin and coat condition.

We suggest BNM is used from early March to help ensure your dog is ‘protected’ but Billy can be used effectively all year round.  We would recommend a short break to ensure the efficacy of this natural product.   Please allow 4 – 6 weeks for your dog to be protected against any unwanted passengers. Delivery

All of our products are delivered in our own temperature-controlled van (-18°C).

Frozen goods are delivered in standard cardboard boxes. If you require an insulated box, please mention this in the “Additional Information” section at checkout and we will do our best to provide one, subject to availability.

If you will not be home on your delivery day, please specify a safe place (via “Additional Information” section at checkout) for us to leave your order - ideally somewhere shaded and undercover.

If no specific instructions are provided and no one is home, our driver will leave your order in a location they deem safe. A photo will be taken as proof of delivery.

If, for any reason, deliveries cannot be made during a particular week, we will provide advance notice.

Deliveries are made throughout the day, and we are unable to offer set time slots. However, our driver will text or call you when they are nearing your address. You are also welcome to contact us on the day for an estimated time of arrival.
