We cater for a wide range of pets including dogs, cats, as well as reptiles, birds of prey, and ferrets – basically any pet that benefits from a raw, species-appropriate diet.

Yes. If you’re thinking of switching to raw feeding, you’re welcome to visit us in-store: we’ll show you our full range and explain everything you need to know — including how much to feed, costs, and general advice. You can also contact us via our website if you have questions.
Delivery & Receiving
Tuesday: 10am – 5:30pm
Wednesday: 10am – 4pm
Thursday: 10am – 5:30pm
Friday: 10am – 5:30pm
Saturday: 9am – 1pm
We are closed on Mondays & Sundays.
Yes – we deliver. All products, including frozen goods, are delivered in our own temperature-controlled van at –18 °C to preserve quality.

Zone 1 (postcodes SY1, SY2, SY3, SY4, SY5, SY6, SY9, SY15, SY16, SY17, SY21, SY22, TF1, TF2, TF3, TF4, TF5, TF6, TF7, TF8, TF9, TF10, TF11, TF12, TF13): delivery on Wednesdays – orders must be placed by 12:00 (noon) on Tuesday.
Zone 2 (postcodes SY10, SY11, SY12, SY13, SY14, LL11, LL12, LL13, LL14, LL15, LL20, LL21, LL23): delivery on Thursdays — orders must be placed by 12:00 on Wednesday.

You can check delivery cost for your post code area by going to our ‘Delivery’ page. If you don’t see your postcode listed, get in touch and we’ll see if we can help.
You can specify a safe place (preferably shaded and undercover) in the “Additional Information” box at checkout. If no instructions are provided and no-one is home, the driver will leave the order in a location they deem safe and will take a photo as proof of delivery.

Yes – if you order frozen goods and are concerned about keeping them cold, you can require insulated packaging, just mention this in the “Additional Information” section at checkout and we will do our best to provide one (subject to availability).
