Delivery
How Our Delivery Works
All of our products are delivered in our own temperature-controlled van (-18°C).
Frozen goods are delivered in standard cardboard boxes. If you require an insulated box, please mention this in the “Additional Information” section at checkout and we will do our best to provide one, subject to availability.
If you will not be home on your delivery day, please specify a safe place (via “Additional Information” section at checkout) for us to leave your order – ideally somewhere shaded and undercover.
If no specific instructions are provided and no one is home, our driver will leave your order in a location they deem safe. A photo will be taken as proof of delivery.
If, for any reason, deliveries cannot be made during a particular week, we will provide advance notice.
Deliveries are made throughout the day, and we are unable to offer set time slots. However, our driver will text or call you when they are nearing your address. You are also welcome to contact us on the day for an estimated time of arrival.

Delivery to Zone 1 is on Wednesdays to the following postcodes:

All orders must placed by 12pm on Tuesday for Zone 1.
