Hi I'm Dr Charlie (BA Hons, MA, BVSc, MRCVS) :)
A practicing vet for over a decade, my passion is the health and wellbeing of all our furry friends.
During the pandemic, distancing guidelines prevented me seeing patients face to face. I discovered many owners lacked basic pet first-aid supplies at home, and didn't have the confidence to use them.
I had a vision to inspire and empower all pet owners with easy to follow guides and all the right tools - the essential items every owner needs - so whether at home, or out and about, you'll be prepared to take care of your furry friend in emergency situations.
"Charlie The Vet" was born.
That vision has grown into a broader mission to help owners give their pets the best care they can, whether that's with first-aid accidents or emergencies, first-line support for illnesses like acute diarrhoea, supplementation for conditions, or nutrition for overall wellness.

BE THERE FOR YOUR PET
Delivery
All of our products are delivered in our own temperature-controlled van (-18°C).
Frozen goods are delivered in standard cardboard boxes. If you require an insulated box, please mention this in the “Additional Information” section at checkout and we will do our best to provide one, subject to availability.
If you will not be home on your delivery day, please specify a safe place (via “Additional Information” section at checkout) for us to leave your order - ideally somewhere shaded and undercover.
If no specific instructions are provided and no one is home, our driver will leave your order in a location they deem safe. A photo will be taken as proof of delivery.
If, for any reason, deliveries cannot be made during a particular week, we will provide advance notice.
Deliveries are made throughout the day, and we are unable to offer set time slots. However, our driver will text or call you when they are nearing your address. You are also welcome to contact us on the day for an estimated time of arrival.

Super high in amino acids e.g. glucosamine, chondroitin, collagen etc known to aid with joint health, and ease the pain caused by joint related problems. Bone broth is a great addition to your pets diet and has a vast amount of benefits. It has been know to aid in digestion by decreasing inflammation in the gut and improve the tissues lining the gut. You cannot over feed bone broth, this bone broth is the same as the broth in our paws, but a bigger pouch.
Composition: 99.5% bone broth derived from free range chicken bones and reverse osmosis water, 0.5% organic apple cider vinegar.
